1. According to the provisions of art. 6 paras. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urbanistic requirements for the site, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urbanistic documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural or legal person.
2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
