The procedure is addressed to individuals and/or legal entities (Romanians and foreigners) who wish to build an objective within the RBDD perimeter. In the environmental agreement issuance procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 292 of 2018, there are deadlines both for the holder and for the environmental authority, further completions, publicity, guidance are necessary, therefore the resolution time cannot be estimated. If the project holder does not provide the competent environmental protection authority with all the information necessary for issuing the environmental agreement within a maximum of 2 years from the date of the request, the request is rejected. The issuance of the environmental agreement is done by repeating the entire procedure.
