This type of request is submitted in the following situations :

• for the issuance of a taxi authorization obtained only as a result of one of the following operations:

1. merger of authorized carriers;
2. division of an authorized carrier;
3. the authorized carrier, holder of one or more authorizations, relinquishes one or more authorizations in favor of some of its employees who prove that they have acquired the status of authorized carrier (natural person or legal entity);
4. transformation of a natural person into a legal entity

Requests are submitted at the Information Center for Citizens located in City Park Mall (new wing), 1st floor, 116 C Alexandru Lapusneanu Blvd., phone 0241/485890.
