This procedure regulates the way in which a burial plot is granted upon death within the Constanta Municipality City Hall
Requests and documentation for Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on Str. Stefan Mihaileanu no.10
- main office on Str. Baba Novac no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 08:30-13:30
Thursday: 08:30-18:30
Burials:
Saturday: 09:30-13:30
Sunday: 10:30-12:30
