The procedure regulates the set of operations that lead to the extension of the building/demolition permit, which aims to extend the validity of the building permit, according to the applicant's (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
