Each of the categories of employers provided by Government Decision no. 295/2025 has the obligation to submit to the territorial labor inspectorate in whose territorial area they have their headquarters/domicile the data in the general register of employee records after concluding each individual employment contract.
Upon hiring each new employee, the register is completed electronically with the data mentioned in art. 4 para. (2) of Government Decision no. 295/2025, and it is submitted to the territorial labor inspectorate no later than the working day prior to the commencement of activity by the employee concerned.
The electronic entry of data can be made through the Reges-Online information system available on the official website www.inspectiamuncii.ro.
Employers will have 6 months available to transition from the Revisal application to REGES-ONLINE.
