- applicant's identity document and those of all family members aged over 14 (B.I., C.I., C.I.P.); - birth certificate for children under 14; - marriage certificate – if applicable; - divorce decree/notarial act – if applicable; - affidavit stating the persons are separated in fact – if applicable; - death certificate – if applicable; - copy of final court ruling for child custody or adoption approval, - decision of the Commission for Child Protection regarding family placement of the minor, the order of the guardianship authority, according to the law – if applicable; - other supporting documents regarding the family composition, as applicable. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original.*

- sale-purchase contract; - sale-purchase contract with maintenance clause or with habitation clause; - lease contract; - commodatum contract; - heir certificate/succession deed; - notarial power of attorney drawn up by the owner of the dwelling or by the holder of the lease contract, or by the legal representative of the single person who has not reached the age of 16; other documents, if applicable. The copy will be handwritten certified regarding compliance with the original. - certificate from the Owners/Tenants Association showing the name, surname, personal identification number (CNP) of the persons registered in the property register who are listed at the maintenance shares; radet code; association's e-mail address – in original.*

- pension slip (for all types of pensions)/ certificate from the Pension House from the month prior to the submission of the application; - unemployment benefit payment slip and/or monthly income supplement for unemployment; - state allowance, placement or other indemnity slip, from the month prior to the submission of the application; - disability allowance/complementary budget slip or any other allowances granted according to the law – from the month prior to the submission of the application; - income from lease, bank interests, selling of goods – if applicable; - self-declaration of the holders/members who do not earn income – if applicable. The copy will be certified in handwriting regarding conformity with the original. - employment certificate for all family members, showing the net income obtained in the month prior to the submission of the application, the value of meal vouchers or the mention that vouchers are not received, bonuses, meal allowances, etc – in original.*

- thermal energy bill, natural gas bill, electricity bill – as applicable; - persons who own cars - copy of the car registration book (showing the year of manufacture of the car); - for persons requesting aid for home heating with electric energy, contract for disconnection from thermal energy/natural gas or certificate issued by the block administration, specifying that the home heating is done with electric energy; any other requested documents – as applicable. The copy will be certified in handwriting for conformity with the original.*
