Procedure regarding the issuance of a duplicate classification certificate/ annex sheet for tourist accommodation/food service structures*

Details
In case of loss or damage/destruction of the classification certificate, the economic operator, holder of the classification certificate/annex sheet, requests the issuance of a duplicate of the classification certificate/annex sheet.

Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the complete documentation, a new classification certificate and/or a new annex sheet is issued, according to the request of the economic operator.

In the case of incomplete documentation the central public institution responsible in the field of tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, by a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as regarding the consequences on the analysis period of the documentation provided earlier. If within 6 months (180 days) from the date of issuance of the notification, the documentation is not completed, it will be dismissed.
