Procedure regarding the cancellation of the classification certificate for tourist accommodation/public catering establishments*

Details
In the event of cessation of activity of the tourist accommodation structure, the economic operator owner and/or administrator of the respective tourist accommodation structure is obligated to request the deregistration of the classification certificate and to return the original classification certificate and annex sheet/sheets by mail, with acknowledgment of receipt, or by submitting them to the registry headquarters of the central public administration authority responsible for tourism.
