For the issuance of the annex to the tourism license for the secondary office, in the event of the dissolution or establishment of a secondary office, the economic operator submits to the central public institution responsible in the field of tourism a documentation containing the following content (see below, Necessary Documents section). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible in the field of tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the request, through a notification, about the need to submit additional documents, as well as about the consequences on the documentation analysis period provided in para. (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of issuing the first notification the documentation provided in para. (2) is not completed, it will be closed.
