This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Physiotherapists of Romania (CFZRO).

CFZRO members are required to notify the territorial college of any situation likely to modify the data recorded in the records of the professional organization regarding their own data, within 10 days from the occurrence of the situation or from the date they became aware of it, according to art. 11 letter h) of the Statute of the College of Physiotherapists of Romania, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health no. 4086/2024.

The situations likely to modify the data recorded in the records of the College of Physiotherapists of Romania are the following:

a) change of name;

b) change of domicile;

c) modification of professional degree;

d) modification of contact details;

e) modification of the workplace or change in the manner of carrying out activities independently;

f) any other situation relating to the modification of certain data recorded in the Unique Register of Physiotherapists or in documents issued by the College of Physiotherapists of Romania.
