The College of Physiotherapists of Romania cannot be held responsible for the implementation of the GDPR (Regulation no. 679/2016) in the IT system - ROePAS (accessible through the portal www.roepas.ro) managed by the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR).

The termination of the suspension at the request of the CFZRO membership status is made based on a written request, to which the applicant attaches valid professional liability insurance and proof of current membership fee payment.

The request is submitted/sent to the territorial college that approved the suspension, at least 15 days before the date on which the professional activity is to be resumed.

If the request for termination of suspension is not submitted within 5 consecutive years from the date of suspension, CFZRO membership will cease.
