This methodology establishes the procedure by which the automatic recognition, within the University of Craiova, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
The documents submitted in the file must be certified copies (according to GEO 41/2016). These will be in Romanian, authorized and legalized translation.

The appeal is submitted to the University of Craiova within 15 working days, the university's final decision can be challenged in court.
