The profession of industrial property counselor can be practiced only by a certified individual who meets all the conditions provided in ORDINANCE no. 66 of August 17, 2000 (*republished*) regarding the organization and practice of the profession of industrial property counselor, registered in the national registry of industrial property counselors and who is a member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Counselors of Romania.
