This procedure establishes the method by which the automatic recognition is carried out by Constantin Brancoveanu University of Pitesti for academic teaching positions obtained in accredited foreign university institutions, as provided in the annex of OM 5922/15.12.2016.

The decision of recognition or non-recognition may be contested within 3 (three) days from notification, by a motivated request submitted to the Secretariat of the University Rectorate. Appeals are resolved within 90 days from registration by the University Senate. Subsequently, the final decision of the university may be challenged in the courts of law.
