Details
The professional maternal assistant is the natural person, certified according to the law, who through their activity at their own home ensures the upbringing, care, and education necessary for the harmonious development of the children they receive in placement.
Persons residing in the territorial area of Gorj County, interested in becoming a professional maternal assistant, must submit to the Gorj General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection an application for the evaluation of their capacity, accompanied by the documents mentioned below.
The certificate is issued by the Gorj Child Protection Commission, having a validity of 3 years.
