This methodology establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the Protestant Theological Institute of Cluj-Napoca, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions from abroad.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The appeal against the decision shall be submitted to the Institute's secretariat within 5 days after notification. Subsequently, the final decision can be challenged in the courts of law.
