Details

The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out maintenance work on special installations that are part of fire protection vehicles. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, performing activities in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
