This procedure establishes the method by which the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca performs automatic recognition of teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad, as provided in the annex to OM 5922/15.12.2016.

Appeal routes

The decision to recognize or not recognize can be contested within 3 (three) days from the notification, through a motivated request submitted to the University's Registrar. Appeals are resolved within 5 days from registration by the Appeals Committee appointed by the Rector's decision. Subsequently, the final decision of the university can be challenged in court.
