The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon submitting an express request for this purpose, meet the following conditions: possess an official pharmacy qualification, are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as pharmacists, have not interrupted practice for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the past 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is to be paid to the account of the territorial college, amounting to 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for the other persons).
