The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making an express request to this effect, meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is to be paid into the account of the territorial college in the amount of 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR from graduation and 235 lei for other persons).
