Details
Identification of children with disabilities and learning and socio-school adaptation difficulties, who require classification in a degree of disability, following direct requests, referrals from specialists who come into contact with children with disabilities, and ex officio notifications.
It is addressed to children with disabilities and special educational needs from Sector 1, the certificate of classification in a degree of disability being issued after a complex evaluation.

- for respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma) - MANDATORY respiratory function tests;
- for cardiac diseases - MANDATORY classification of heart failure - NYHA class;
- for hearing disorders - MANDATORY audiogram;
- for intellectual disabilities - MANDATORY determination of the development quotient (DQ) up to the age of 3 years and the intelligence quotient (IQ) above the age of 3 years;
- for autism spectrum disorders/childhood autism - MANDATORY diagnosis must be completed based on the medical-psychological criteria regarding impairment of the 4 areas (socialization, language, self-care, and motor skills)*
