The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon submitting an express request, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not in any case of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the Valcea territorial college or at the institution's headquarters in the amount of 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 year of graduation and 235 lei for the rest of the persons).
