The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before issuing the transfer note, the requesting pharmacist is obliged to pay the membership fee owed to the college from which they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed over to the applicant, with signature. The pharmacist's registry will mention the college to which the pharmacist has transferred. If a complaint has been registered at the college from which the pharmacist is transferring, or if a disciplinary investigation has been initiated, the complaint or the disciplinary file will be sent to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.
