Details
The suspension of membership is made when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt his activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the Bucharest College of Pharmacists, a request asking for the suspension of his membership. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee until the end of the year and must meet the requirement for continuous professional training with a number of 40 EFC hours for the respective period.
In support of the requests, the documents listed below are attached.
The pharmacist undertakes to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming activity.
