- Teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited institutions of higher education from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, from the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries are automatically recognized by the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești.
- The provisions of this procedure apply to Romanian citizens, citizens from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries.
- Teaching positions obtained at other accredited institutions of higher university education than those provided in art. 1 are recognized only on the basis of an international agreement of mutual recognition, concluded at the intergovernmental or inter-university level.
- The occupancy of a teaching position in the Romanian higher education system is carried out according to the legal regulations in force.
