For citizens from third countries who are applying for employment, the following must be attached to the application: a letter from the employer stating the purpose of the recognition and the position occupied by the third-country citizen within the sports club; the employer's registration certificate; the employer's delegation for collecting the recognition certificate.*

Xerox copy of identity document, xerox copy of marriage certificate (if applicable), Certificate of linguistic competence for the Romanian language (for foreign citizens)*

Copy and translation (if applicable) of the professional qualification title. Professional training documents must be certified with the Hague Apostille for states that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, and for other states, the study documents must be either legalised or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the competent authorities from the country of origin. Exemption from legalisation is permitted under the law, under an international treaty to which Romania is a party, on the basis of reciprocity.*

Copy and translation of the Transcript/Descriptive Supplement accompanying the qualification diploma showing the professional training path and specialization in the sports branch. Any other relevant document for recognition must also be attached in copy and translation (analytical programs of the courses taken, complete description of the courses/subjects studied, documents regarding the attendance of other courses).*

Copy and translation of the Diploma that granted access to the study program for which recognition is requested/or of the Certificate of recognition or equivalence obtained previously*

Copy and translation of the coach's license*

Certificate of physical and psychological health issued by the member state of origin or provenance or proof equivalent to the health certificate in case the competent authorities of the state of origin do not issue such a certificate.*

The criminal record certificate is attached*

Certificate issued by the competent authorities of the member state of origin or provenance, respectively confirmation thereof certifying that the official qualification titles for the coaching profession are issued by institutions authorized or accredited and recognized at national level; confirmation through the IMI system by the competent authority of the issuing state that the official qualification titles for the coaching profession are issued by institutions authorized or accredited and recognized at national level and that the coaching profession is recognized at national level.*
