The procedure consists of the sanitary veterinary registration, by the County Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Directorates, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest, of units carrying out activities in the field of animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption, respectively the units provided in Annex No. 4 (in compliance with the exception provided in art 21) of Order of the ANSVSA president no. 79/2019 for the approval of the sanitary-veterinary norm regarding the procedure for the sanitary-veterinary registration/authorization of units in the field of animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption.
