This procedure is addressed to members of the Sibiu College of Dentists
The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental doctors practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dentists, through territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relationship with them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuanceThe issuing fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Board of the College of Dentists _no. 4/_14.04.2016_The fee can be paid into the account: RO86BREL170034346RO11001
