The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession. The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists in Romania, through territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para (1) letter d) of Law 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuance, and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate.
