The procedure is addressed to the members of the Teleorman College of Dental Physicians.

The current professional certificate is the document that contains the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession. The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the services provided and the safety of patients in relation with them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para (1) letter d) of Law 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuance and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality for physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate. The fee for obtaining the certificate is 500 lei. The fee can be paid in cash at the CMSTR cashier in Alexandria, 51 Dunarii Street, bl L3, sc B, ap 15, ground floor or in the college’s account: RO67BTRL03501202N72393XX opened at Banca Transilvania- Alexandria
