This procedure establishes the method for automatic recognition, within the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine "King Michael I of Romania" from Timișoara, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences obtained abroad. The provisions of this procedure apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
