This procedure establishes the manner in which the "Mircea cel Bătrân" Naval Academy (ANMB) recognizes the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, in compliance with the principles of legality, university autonomy, transparency, responsibility, and the ethical and deontological norms in force.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens and citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and from prestigious universities in other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 4002/2024 and periodically updated, for the purpose of establishing residency on Romanian territory.
