Details

The professional maternal assistant is the individual certified under the conditions of Government Decision no. 679/2003, who ensures, through home activity, the harmonious upbringing, education, and care of the children received in placement. Persons residing in Sălaj County who wish to become maternal assistants will address an evaluation request to the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Sălaj. In the request, it is mandatory to specify the number of children they wish to protect, their age group and gender, the availability to care for children with disabilities, HIV infections, as well as the reason for wanting to become a maternal assistant.
