The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to this, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of honorability and professional morality for doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the CMSR National Council no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.
