This methodology establishes the procedure for automatic recognition, within the Partium Christian University of Oradea, of teaching positions obtained in accredited foreign university institutions.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited university institutions in the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
