The procedure refers to the items related to the process regarding the modification of authorizations granted to legal entities that carry out activities of installing and/or operating cost allocation systems for heating and domestic hot water in condominium-type buildings.

Applicable situations:

a) change of the legal entity's name;

b) modification of the legal entity's status;

c) change of the legal entity's registered office address;

d) changes regarding technical capacity or expansion of the field of activity;

e) legislative changes or changes in circumstances since the issuance of authorizations or events that substantially affect or lead to the impossibility of carrying out the authorized activities.
