Details

In order to issue a duplicate of the Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation at the headquarters of the College of Pharmacists Bucharest, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania.
