The procedure regulates all the operations leading to the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, which aims at the preparation of documentation for the authorization of construction works, for the awarding by tender of the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for legal claims and notarial operations regarding real estate circulation, the establishment of a right of passage in relation to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.

Receipt for payment of the legal fee (copy):

• Fee = 30% of the amount initially paid
