This procedure regulates the method of transmitting the notification regarding the completion of the execution of authorized works to the Maramureș County Institution. The structure responsible for the request is the Document Intake Department.

For communication regarding the start of execution of authorized works, the following documents must be completed and submitted to the issuer:

- Form F15 Communication regarding the completion of the execution of works;

- Copy of the construction/demolition permit;
