Until July 31, town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section - the Situation regarding beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, upon receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.

If you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication and, if you are dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court of law under the conditions of the Law on administrative litigation no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
