For the granting of heating aids, mayors will send to the territorial agencies, both in writing and in electronic format, the centralized report regarding the beneficiaries of the aids, for each heating system, a report which will also contain the average net monthly income per family member/of the single person, as applicable, and the calculated value of the heating aid. In the case of heating aids, the centralized report is sent both in writing and in electronic format to the suppliers of centralized thermal energy, natural gas/electricity, and to owners’/tenants’ associations, in which case it also includes the value of the aid calculated according to the law, the name and identification data of the supplier, as well as the applicant's client code. The mayor's orders contain the surname and first name of the beneficiary, the amount of the heating aid granted under the conditions specified by the law, the period during which it is granted, and, in the case of beneficiaries using solid and/or petroleum fuels, the date when the payment is made.*

Based on the situation drawn up according to the law, heat energy suppliers prepare the centralized statement, which is sent to the mayor for certification and constitutes a payment document. After certification, the statement is sent to the territorial agencies for settlement and is included by the municipalities in the Annual Program for Improving Energy Efficiency (PIEE), distinctly highlighting the aggregate level of residential energy consumption for vulnerable consumers out of the total residential energy consumption. The statement is also certified by the mayor after receiving it from the heat energy supplier.*

The mayor's orders shall contain the beneficiary’s full name, the amount of the energy supplement granted under the conditions provided by law, and its granting period.*

The statement is also certified by the mayor after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.*
