Details
The Romanian Intelligence Service approves urban planning documentation (DUP, DUP, GUP), and the request can be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the SRI Approval is requested through the urban planning certificate.
The Romanian Intelligence Service reserves the right to request the completion of documentation, in certain cases, with other documents besides those presented in the procedure.
