For extending the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be filled out and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the original urban planning certificate issued. The application for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
When submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
