1. The lease/rental/loan for use contract is drawn up in 3 (three) original copies in legal form according to the New Civil Code.
2. All 3 (three) copies of the contract are registered at the Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall.
3. 1 copy is submitted to the Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall, to be kept at the relevant department, accompanied by the property proof documents:
- identity documents (CUI for companies) of the parties, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
- the ownership document of the asset that is the object of the contract, copies certified by the applicant on each page.
4. The other 2 contract copies are kept and one is kept by each contracting party.
5. The relevant departments within the Pleșcuța Commune Town Hall will carry out checks and the contract will be registered in a special register.
