The procedure mentions the documents required for admission to residential centers.
The person with a disability or their legal representative will submit the admission file to a residential center at the Registry of the Administration of Community Social Services Ploiesti, after it has been previously verified by representatives of the Service for the Protection of Persons in Difficulty, Relations with NGOs, and then it will be forwarded within a maximum of 5 working days to the Registry of DGASPC Prahova.
