For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.12-APPLICATION for extending the validity of the Building Permit) shall be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit shall be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
