The right to the insertion incentive is suspended starting the day after the beneficiary no longer earns taxable income and the child has not reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability. The right may be resumed if the child has not reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, if the beneficiary starts earning taxable income again.
