- the identity document or, in the case of foreign citizens, the passport, valid at the date of the request; - the certificate of competence for lecturer in the field of road transport, valid at the date of the request; - proof of recognition of the certificate of competence by the authority of the European Union member state other than Romania, the member state of the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, in the case provided in art. 8 para. (4) of the Rules approved by OMTIC no. 961 of 2020; - proof of at least 2 years of professional experience carried out in the territory of a European Union member state other than Romania, a member state of the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, in the case provided in art. 8 para. (4) of the Rules approved by OMTIC no. 961 of 2020; - documents issued by the competent authorities of Romania or of the European Union member state, the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, recognized or equated according to the law, proving fulfillment of the conditions provided in art. 4 of the Rules regarding the professional certification of lecturers necessary for the process of training and improvement of specialist personnel in the field of road transport approved by OMT no.1213/2015; - a certificate of language skills (ECL) for the Romanian language or a diploma of studies issued by an institution in Romania.*
