This procedure regulates the method of transmitting the notification regarding the commencement of execution of authorized works to the issuer of the building/demolition permit – Sălaj County Council, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The activity of receiving, verifying, and registering the notification is ensured by the Construction Authorization Department within the Chief Architect’s Directorate.
For the purpose of notifying the commencement of execution of authorized works, the permit holder shall submit the following documents to the issuer:
- Form F.13 – “Notification regarding the commencement of execution of works”;
- copy of the building/demolition permit.
