Means of appeal: In the situation where the applicant is dissatisfied with the way the request was resolved, the provisions of Article 30 of Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income are applicable: “(1) The decision of the mayor regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, cessation of payment of the rights provided by this law, the change of their holder, as well as the recovery of amounts unduly received, may be challenged according to the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004 with subsequent amendments.
(2) Requests, actions, and means of appeal regarding the rights provided in this law are exempt from stamp duty.”
